for git://github.com/sonatype/sonatype-tycho.git misses three tags (0.1.0, 0.2.0 and tycho-0.5.0). for git://git.apache.org/maven-3.git jgit misses all tags. 

tested with jgit.sh 0.9.3 on ubuntu 9.10 with sun jvm 1.6.0_20.

git 1.7.1.1 works as expected. as an observation, I believe the missing tags were created by svn2git.
