When we set up http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/4.1-I-builds we excluded it from syncing from fullmoon->eclipse.org (since it was entirely generated at eclipse.org).

But it seems we need to add an extra script to sync it from eclipse.org->fullmoon.  Right now, we can't do an update on the 4.1 builds.

Added cron entry on fullmoon
45 15 * * *  rsync -avr -e "ssh -l kmoir" --delete kmoir@download1.eclipse.org:/home/data/httpd/download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/4.1-I-builds /home/www/eclipse/updates/4.1-I-builds >> /dev/null

should have been 
rsync -avr -e "ssh -l kmoir" --delete kmoir@download1.eclipse.org:/home/data/httpd/download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/4.1-I-builds /home/www/eclipse/updates >> /dev/null
