Currently we are missing a dialog category and page in the examples demo.

Patch to add a dialog page to the examples demo

This patch adds a simple example page to the dialog demo to show some Dialogs provided. The dialogs are filled with dummy objects and a textfield displays what has been chosen by the users.

The screenshot shows how the example page looks like. A button opens the dialog and the textfield shows the user interaction (e.g. what has been chosen on a selection dialog)

The reworked RAP demo contains a "Dialogs" page.
