We change the New Mapping File action and wizard to use:
New -> JPA ORM Mapping File
New -> EclipseLink ORM Mapping File

Now we need to change the other locations to be consistent with this:
-New JPA Entity Wizard currently refers to Xml Mapping Files
-Persistence.xml editor uses 'Xml Mapping Files'

More discussion is needed on this issue to determine a consistent naming strategy.  The plan is to discuss this and implement in M4.
