Ctrl+F8 to switch perspectives doesn't work. Selecting Window > Navigate > Next Perspective also doesn't work. Ctrl+F6 and F7 for switching editors and views is working fine.

Workaround is to manually go 'Window > Open Perspective' so that they are cached.
