the rcm tests were not running on different machines in the cluster, so were not actually testing that cache coordination was working.
They were also use code config instead of persistence.xml, so not testing common usage.

They should also be run in a real cluster, not as seperate servers.

Fixed the test problems and added a cluster config.

We should add these tests to the nightly Oracle QA run, and also port to other application servers.

Fix cache coordination tests.

Changes:
- Added "eclipselink.memory.free-metadata" option to free JPA metadata ORM projects after deployment.
- Ensured all logging passes category, deprecate log method that does not provide category.
- Add profile methods to RCM interface instead of using special command classes, deleted command classes.
- Removed non-ascii chars from Hana platform.
- Updated SessionBeanRCM tests to work, and fixed clustered deployment.

fixed, tests are now running nightly on WLS with JMS,

also need to add RMI, and Glassfish tests
