thread dump
It looks like waiting for some OS call to finish. Can you please attach some more stack dumps? (In reply to comment #2) > It looks like waiting for some OS call to finish. heap dump
Sorry, I can't open your *.bgz file. Is it corrupt or why can not you open it? There is the command to unpack ;-) $ tar jxvf HeapDump.hprof.bgz (In reply to comment #7) > Is it corrupt or why can not you open it? > There is the command to unpack ;-) > $ tar jxvf HeapDump.hprof.bgz Sorry, my WinZip doesn't like *.bgz files. unpacker
to unzip heap dump
$ bunzip2.exe HeapDump.hprof.bgz
then rename HeapDump.hprof.bgz.out to HeapDump.hprof.tar what WinZip must understand.

I suggest you attach it in a common format that everyone can just read/use. I don't want to have a deal with everyone but with professionals. I doubt everyone can solve this problem. Especially If he don't know how to unzip an bzip archive. Sorry. I don't have enough information to work on this problem. The stacktrace alone doesn't tell me much, the steps are not precise enough to follow. and just as Dani, I do not have bunzip2 installed on my machine, I do not the time (and possibly permission from my employer) to install this new software. Sorry. I'm having the same issue with Eclipse Indigo. Eclipse hangs before showing the dialog. Some times it gets recovered after 2 minuts and other times it seems not to be recovering. I found two weird work arounds for this: - Disable and enable back again network adapter - Hibernate the PC. When it wakes up, the dialog appears and I can commit. I tried the first option once and it worked. The second option worked for me several times. There are more people working agains the same CVS server and they don't have any problem with the connection so there must be something wrong with my Eclipse or my PC. Regards, Jorge This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. As such, we're closing this bug. If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it and reopen this bug. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant. -- The automated Eclipse Genie. |
