The Virgo project has requested a combined release/graduation review to be scheduled for the week of Oct 13-20.

The IP Log has been submitted but has been pushed back to the project with questions.

It seems that we made a mistake and attached the wrong review documentation to this bug (and posted the wrong documentation on the website). The fact that nobody noticed before now indicates to me that nobody objects to the terms of the review.

The review record has been fixed.
