Initial Contribution to EMF Facet

Hello,

You can find in attachment of this bug the initial contribution to the EMF Facet project.

I have created this contribution using the following process:
 - The trunk of the MoDisco project has been tagged:
   * https://dev.eclipse.org/svnroot/modeling/org.eclipse.mdt.modisco/doc/tags/EMFFacet
   * https://dev.eclipse.org/svnroot/modeling/org.eclipse.mdt.modisco/examples/tags/EMFFacet
   * https://dev.eclipse.org/svnroot/modeling/org.eclipse.mdt.modisco/features/tags/EMFFacet
   * https://dev.eclipse.org/svnroot/modeling/org.eclipse.mdt.modisco/plugins/tags/EMFFacet
   * https://dev.eclipse.org/svnroot/modeling/org.eclipse.mdt.modisco/releng/tags/EMFFacet
   * https://dev.eclipse.org/svnroot/modeling/org.eclipse.mdt.modisco/tests/tags/EMFFacet

 - I have checkout the plug-ins declared in the creation review docuware (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/attachment.cgi?id=176904) from the MoDisco tag named EMFFacet.
   * Except the plug-in org.eclipse.gmt.modisco.infra.browser.custom.examples.java.jdk because he has a dependency to MoDisco plug-ins.

 - I have also checkout two plug-ins not declared in the creation review docuware from the MoDisco tag named EMFFacet: 
   * org.eclipse.gmt.modisco.infra.query.ui
   * org.eclipse.gmt.modisco.infra.common.core.tests

 - I have renamed the plug-ins, packages, extension points, etc. to use the namespace "org.eclipse.emf.facet".

 - I have added the missing copyright and license notices. I’ve used the information stored in the MoDisco’s SVN to find the dates of the file creations and the contributors.

   * I have ignored the following configuration files: 
      - MANIFEST.MF
      - .classpath
      - .project
      - *.prefs

   * I have ignored the following image files:
      - *.gif
      - *.png
      - *.jpg
      - *.xcf

 - I have checked that the about.html files exist in all the plug-ins.
