Description Gabriel CLA 2010-09-25 21:48:00 EDT
Build Identifier: M20100211-1343

I launched Eclipse and did the standard procedure to install CDT on my computer, but at a certain point I get the following error message:

"An error occurred while installing the items
  session context was:(profile=PlatformProfile, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.provisional.p2.engine.phases.Install, operand=null --> [R]org.eclipse.pde 3.4.100.v201002111343, action=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.touchpoint.eclipse.actions.InstallBundleAction).
  The artifact file for osgi.bundle,org.eclipse.pde,3.4.100.v201002111343 was not found."

And the installation is aborted.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Eclipse;
2. Click on "Help" -> "Install New Software..." -> "Add...";
3. On "Location" filed, insert the p2 repository for Galileo: "http://download.eclipse.org/tools/cdt/releases/galileo/" -> "ok";
4. Check all the options available ("CDT Main Features" and "CDT Optional Feautures" -> "Next";
5. Click at the "Finish" button.

Looks like it might be p2 issue.
