When I am ready to commit, a file I have marked as 'assume unchanged' shows up in the list of files to add to the index with the status 'Unknown'.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Mark file as 'assume unchanged'.
2. Open 'Commit Changes' dialog window.

A patch is proposed here: http://egit.eclipse.org/r/#change,1969

With this patch the file is still shown in the commit dialog but is is not preselected anymore.
