Your distribution includes com.springsource.javax.activation-1.1.1.jar which I assume is javax.activation-1.1.1.jar. CQ 4316 is for version 1.1. I notice also that you have CQ 4135 for version 1.1.1, but it's a "works with". You either need to revert back to 1.1 in your distribution, or change CQ 4135 into a non-exempt pre-req.
