We will invest in ensuring the Eclipse platform remains a first class basis for	products supporting bidirectional text. Areas of investigation include: support for controlling text direction independently from widget orientation, text orientation support in the Text widget, ability to change text orientation at runtime, and stronger support for bidirectional calendars.
