Build Identifier: 

A patch for "Bug 284393 - [Forms] Allow FormText to be transparent" has been submitted and applied to HEAD (3.7).  We would like the same patch to be applied to Helios SR2. Opening a separate bug at Chris Goldthorpe's request.

Given the problems caused as a result of the fix for Bug 284393 this is too high risk for Eclipse 3.6.2.
