I'm using Eclipse for PHP development with SVN, local project placement and remote host where project is running.
I have created project as New-> Project from SVN. After checkout I have setup project syncronization via sftp to remote server. Project is so big and first time it proposed me to synchronize 4000 files to server (whole project) but these files are already on the server + it tries to download about 4500 extra files like compiled smarty tpls, uploaded pics, etc. If i select these files and apply Remove from this view all works fine and it uploads only changed files. But at the next eclipse start i need to clean these files from sync list again. it takes 3-4 min and freezes eclipse at all. 
Can you advice me something in this situation? Maybe i need to use another plugins or so?

Unfortunately since the problem is not in SVN plug-in, but in the synchronization plug-in, we couldn't recommend anything except asking the remote synchronization plug-in authors.
