Can we backport the https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/attachment.cgi?id=177362 patch for plugin org.eclipse.jpt.db_1.1.4.x

Unfortunately a backport to WTP 3.0.x stream won't be possible.  Dali didn't yet differentiate on the case of database objects until WTP 3.1.  We also had no vendor specific support until after the 3.0 release.  Given that the required infrastructure for this patch was large and complex in nature, it would not be feasible to backport to the 3.0.x stream.
