We are downloading eclipse 3.6.0 on mac machines that are network. We think we cannot redirect the workspace file correctly. Saving it is locked. Last year we were pc with no trouble. Could you please give us a hand.

If this is still an issue for you (well, it's nearly 4 years old now), please open a new bug report with a more detailed description of the issue and step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the problem. This issue in particular sounds like a OS and/or file system problem, and it is probably not related to Eclipse itself.
