All CDO Bundles should be checked for  correctness concerning their configuration (e.g. .cvsignore)

.cvsignore file is missing for org.eclipse.emf.cdo.dawn.tests

Check all other CDO bundles for correct configuration, too...

I checked all CDO plug-ins - only org.eclipse.emf.cdo.dawn.test was affected. I fixed it.
