The cdt parser jar missed two cdt clases,

org.eclipse.cdt.internal.core.Util and org.eclipse.cdt.internal.core.Messages.

Hi, Vivian:

Please do a test to the fix patch by creating a cdtparser jar, the only difference you should see is two missed classes are added to the jar.
