Please add the package "org.eclipse.osgi.framework.eventmgr" to the org.eclipse.equinox.supplement bundle. This would allow some bundles -- such as ECF's D-OSGi implementation, and the Equinox Event Admin implementation -- to run on other OSGi frameworks such as Apache Felix.

Currently this package is available only from org.eclipse.osgi and therefore the bundles that depend on it will run only on Equinox.

The eventmgr package is selfcontained and can easily be moved to the supplement/src folder in org.eclipse.osgi.  But I would like to preserve CVS history so I will need to get the webmaster to help move the files manually.  One thing I don't like CVS for is moving files around.
