 when i change my codes  an error happen whit this massage: " cannot open output file *.exe: permission denied. 
 and i have to restart program then run the project.
 if i dont reset program , i don't run and debug project.

you probably trying to build a project while application is running,
obviously linker will fail to rewrite the binary because it is used.
