When I choose debug configurations >> parallel application, and trying to set any "Parallel program arguments" to any thing other than empty, I get these two error messages:

Error on tasks: 0-1 -Internal Error // Note that I have set number of processes to 2 here
Reason:
Debugger error: Debugger "-exec-arguments" command failed
----------------------------------

----------------------------------
Error completing debug job launch
Reason:
Debugger error: Debugger "-exec-arguments" command failed
----------------------------------

If I do not set arguments to some value, everything works as intended..
Please advise.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Run -> Debug Configurations -> Parallel Application
2.Choose Arguments tab, and set Parallel program arguments to some value
3.Click Debug

Fixed in ptp_4_0 and HEAD. Will be included in the PTP 4.0.4 release.

Thanks for your fast reply but I still have the problem.
please note that I was using ptp 4.0.2, and after your reply I have installed the latest build dated Sept. 16, but the problem still persists.

Please try the 4.0.4 build dated Sept 27. The bug was too late to make Helios SR1. You can download this build from http://wiki.eclipse.org/PTP/builds
