I have a project against which I have made a large number of changes (1206), mainly refactoring to move contents to other projects. I am now unable to commit those changes to CVS as attempts to do so consistently fail with the following stack trace.

I can (and have) commit changes to other projects without encountering any problems.

The error markers in the project I am experiencing difficulties are against spring config files. The errors themselves have actually been fixed, but the markers remain. If I remove the spring project nature, the error markers go away, but I still can't commit the changes to the project.

Of course I'm sure I can commit the changes using TortoiseCVS or even using the CVS command line, but that defeats the whole purpose of CVS integration in Eclipse.

1.Synchronise project with CVS repository
2.Click commit arrow in Synchronize view
3.Progress bar disappears after some time
