You can specify JVM options such as -agentpath by setting the $JAVA_OPTS environment variable on Linux/Mac or %JAVA_OPTS% on Windows.

You may also need to add any jprofiler package(s) to the boot delegation property in the file lib/java6-server.profile.

If you have further questions, please bring them up on the Virgo forum as other users may be able to help you there. The Virgo committers have no direct experience of jprofiler but some users may.
