After migrating the tests to Junit 4 their are two tests that are failing, because they really aren't tests.  Need to rename these  and correct.

This is pretty much fixed, two tests classes were not converted to Junit 4, so this was causing those to be recognized incorrectly by the eclipse testing framework.

This was fixed in 3.2M2.
