Build Identifier: 

No theme is working (neither builtin nor contributed) in universal intro, when the eclipse installation path contains comma. 


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rename eclipse installation directory to contain a comma
2. start eclipse
3. open welcome page
