Ankur Sharma
Was trying to file the bug through Mylyn. This is what caused creation of duplicate. 1. I changed the Bugzilla a/c password and that made the password saved by Mylyn is no longer valid 2. Filed a bug and hit submit. 3. Mylyn prompted for credentials. 4. The Bug editor did not show the Bug id so I hit the Submit again (this caused the duplicate creation) *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 325348 *** Frank, is comment 1 something that we should investigate? I had changed password in past but this was the first time I faced this issue. May be the state of internet connection was the real culprit but I can only speculate. Will open a new request if I encounter it again. |
