To validate a model with EVL, you can create a launch configuration for running an EVL file on a set of model files. This requires first identifying the EVL file in the Source tab and then the models in the Models tab. This design is functionally complete, but the case where you only want to validate a single model, is not very efficient.

I propose to add fields in the Source tab for specifying a single model, similar to the content in the dialog that is opened when clicking the add or edit buttons on the Models tab. This will make good use of the remaining space in the Source tab and be quicker to use for the common case with only one model.
