Changing the current time window while the background request is processing seems to hang and then restarts after a while.

It could be that the request is simply restarted instead of resumed. Since this request is coalesced with the experiment indexing, it is likely affecting it too...

It turned out that in that case the background request was essentially re-started. The histogram was also redrawn but, since the already drawn part was not cleared, it looked like it was hanging.

This also affected the Statistics (events were counted twice...)

The problem was fixed with Bug316467
