A few of the new options for FORMATTER_INSERT_NEW_LINE_AFTER_ANNOTATION_ON_* constants do not have examples showing in the preview pane:

1) Insert new lines after annotations on fields
2) Insert new lines after annotations on types

The comment on the package could be clarified to:
// annotation on package is only allowed in package-info.java
