Description Andrew Johnson CLA 2010-09-14 04:38:54 EDT
From bug 262603:
* DefaultTooltip of JFace is missing, this can easily be omitted when using a
TableViewer with an CellToolTipProvider which works in RAP (on my todo list).
Comment 1 Andrew Johnson CLA 2023-02-18 05:39:57 EST
This can more easily be fixed by setting a tool tip for the argument editor. The hover text is then on the value cell in the table, rather than the argument cell. That seems reasonable as the help is then available where the user is ready to type.
Comment 2 Andrew Johnson CLA 2023-02-18 09:13:10 EST
Using setToolTip on the ArgumentEditor works for RAP - also need to add TableViewer and ColumnTableProvider for RCP.
