I get "could not find out home directory" when trying to run cvs commands on windows7tests

Okay, so what is the home directory of the hudson user running the build?  I can't tell because I can't see the machine :-)

It seemed to be working before in bug 321055.

As far as I know nothing has changed(aside from the addition of the signing key).  But I set the HOMEDRIVE(c:) and HOMEPATH (\users\Hudsonbuild) vars as suggested.  I'll reboot it here in a minute since that solves so many windows issues.
