When validation is suspended and you try to validate a .wsdl file for example. The message that appear is "The validation completed with no errors or warnings." even tough there are obvious errors in there.

A more helpful message might be: "No validation possible, all validators suspended." Or something like that.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Windows -> Preferences -> validation -> [x] suspend all validators
2. Create obviously invalid .wsdl file
3. Right click on file -> choose validate
4. "The validation completed with no errors or warnings."

expected: Being told all validators are suspended.
