The class JettyHelpServer$StopServerThread extends Thread and thus the OTRE
weaves into it calls to the TeamThreadManager. However, OT/Equinox fails
to load the latter class from the plain bundle org.eclipse.help.base,
which is not adapated as an apsect's base bundle.

As a result jetty is not functional for showing help.

This bug is a consequence of fixing bug 322928.

Fixed by special treatment for class TeamThreadManager:
intercept the Class instance and directly return it upon request
from any bundle.

Also updated the class javadoc.
