The PBS RM is logging messages like "JobChange: unable to find job with ID: 33554516" to the console. Is this an error condition? If not, then the message should not be printed to the console. If so, the messages should be logged to the error log (although there are a lot of  messages, so this may not be desirable either).

Actually, I see they are being logged to the error log also.
