HEAD after bug 318010 comment 3

- In 3.7 M1, create a workspace and a project with project-specific formatter settings. Set "Insert new line after annotations on members" to "do not insert".
- Start the same workspace with HEAD
=> unsolicited changes in org.eclipse.jdt.core.prefs and org.eclipse.jdt.ui.prefs

The same bug has already been detected as bug 217874, but the resolution was wrong.
