EPF Composer issues a warning in the publishing report about "Missing ressources" (e.g.: missing ressource ./../../pi_X/deliveryprocesses/Projektgestaltung und -führung_6B3974DB.html).

This occurs when an activity name contains a special character (e.g. German umlaut ÄÖÜ). It does not occur for tasks whose name contains an umlaut.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create activity with ÄÖÜ in its name
2. Publish
