The BIOS 5 and 6 RTA plugins need to check if the current operating system is Linux, and if it is, switch to stop-mode-only.

Fix/verify pass.

Built BIOS 6.30 stairstep example for evmDM6437 using XDCtools 3.20.04.67-eng build. 
Loaded and ran example on DM6437 Device Cycle Accurate Simulator. 
RTA works in stop mode and there were no issues encountered while loading and running the example. 
This was all done on Ubuntu Linux 10.01 LTS
CCSv5 build 53.
