This should be safe for 3.6.x in addition to 3.7 because in 3.6.x WebKitGTK is only  utilized if the user turns it on with a switch.

Requesting review from SSQ for inclusion in 3.6.2.  There are no code changes, just the inclusion of the libswt-webkit-gtk-XXXX.so library in our org.eclipse.swt.gtk.linux.ppc fragment.
