With the renaming from "Runtime SDK" to "Target Components" (bug 313549) we should get rid of the ".sdk" in the feature id. Suggestions:
  org.eclipse.rap.runtime
  org.eclipse.rap.target

With resolving bug 354707, the runtime.sdk feature is gone.
