The login process alternates between the login and 'successful login' pages but never succeeds (see attached screen capture). 

Please have a look. This is frustrating for me because I need to edit the wiki at work.

Does your office network have a caching proxy(or are you using a mobile network)?  Is there another network (home/school/bar/bistro) you can try from?
