Build Identifier: I20100608-0911

I am new to developing and am trying to develop android apps, I had a working install doing just fine and now all the sudden I keep throwing this error every time I try to do anything involving the Manifest.xml or string.xml. The error throws 2 times every time I open eclipse and then 3-4 times thereafter when I try to edit or open those files.
