Write scripts and gather data on the performance of UIA and LoggerBuf2.
- How does LoggerBuf2 compare to LoggerBuf? How many records do we receive, how fragmented are they?
- With multicore, what percentage of the records are we able to receive? How does the LoggerBuf2 buffer size affect this?

Ideally, this work will result in some formalized scripts which can continue to be run over time to characterize UIA in different scenarios.
