After a new file is pasted to the project although the contents are updated build.properties file fails to refresh.

i think that i already had another bug to handle those build.properties issues.

the problem happen in the copy and paste of a file as well as the convert to midlet project. the work around is simple as i described in the bug, but even with that this is still causing problems to a lot of users

this is really an important bug but until now no one was able to work in a fix

This is an issue not related to bug 310625. I actually was not able to reproduce bug 324455. 

A fix for this issue is not committed to HEAD
