Initial patch

This patch synchronize to following packages (untouched original code) with SWT from 3.7 M5:
- org.eclipse.swt.dnd
- org.eclipse.swt.graphics
- org.eclipse.swt.internal
- org.eclipse.swt.internal.image
- org.eclipse.swt.layout

Applied patch to CVS HEAD. As bug 338441 is invalid I've changed the Image#ctor( device, int, int ) to create an image with depth 8 instead of 24.
