There are 3 view IDs that have names beginning with com.qualityeclipse.  These should be re-namespaced to org.eclipse.linuxtools.  This may cause a slight problem for those with the old views open on the next restart after an upgrade, but other than that it should be fine.

Any progress? Changing view ids to match the current eclipse id is mandatory for Eclipse.org projects.
