The dispatcher operations have ServletRequest and ServletResponse parameters but jetty's Dispatcher casts them to HttpServletRequest and HttpServletResponse.  A nasty thoughtless client might wrap the nice shiny HttpServletRequest/Response it's given with ServletRequest/ResponseWrapper in order to say "gotcha"

fixed by wrapping them as HttpServletR* and then unwrapping in ServletHandler (yuck).
