org.eclipse.mdt/org.eclipse.ocl/releng/maps/ocl.map is already tagged as R3_0 as are all 3.0 contributions. Did you look at the old org.eclipse.mdt/org.eclipse.ocl.releng? For Buckminster and Indigo we are migrating back to org.eclipse.mdt/org.eclipse.ocl.releng again. If you wait two weeks there will be an R3_0_1 that has about two additional property texts. Our Download page at http://www.eclipse.org/modeling/mdt/downloads/?project=ocl has a section on Language Packs referring to 1.0.x. The new org.eclipse.ocl.releng.buckminster project is currently placed at org.eclipse.mdt/org.eclipse.ocl/releng folder. We could have a new discussion about the releng organization when it's finally ready.
P.S: Kit lo, as Ed has pointed out, you may want org.eclipse.mdt/org.eclipse.ocl/releng/maps/ocl.map file.
