When typing in a new method or property above an existing method where the fold is not expanded, the editor will jump the cursor to the start of the unexpanded method after you type the qualifier (private, protected, public) and the qualifier disappears.  You can make the qualifier reappear by expanding the method jumped to.  

This is probably a problem only to those of us who do NOT use the IDE default for expanded methods / comments.
