Quick Access (Ctrl+3) popup should a list of actions that can be done. But it does not show which shortcut keys are associated with it.

Search by short cut keys is also nice to have feature.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open any file in eclipse say .java file
2. Click Ctrl+3, which opens "Quick Access" dialogue where typing a command name can search the command.
3. It does not show the short cut keys associated with it.
